”Everything was clean except for the floors. They were dark; when we spilled something the cloth we wiped with came back black. The host has really "poor boyed" everything...the towels were threadbare, wash cloths had threads hanging off of them. The sheets were cheap with rubber cover on mattress, similar to what you would put on a crib; the sheets would not stay on the bed due to this cover. The futon was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, if next to impossible to get up off...the springs...

”Sorry I didn’t take pictures. I really should have.Not the place I booked. Sort of last minute, I was told it was just as nice and price matched. It will cost me a lot more money! It was NOT new renovated (like the other place). Beat up, needed clean up, they were chasing raccoons at 10:30 at night (not helping my 85 yr old mom). We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Except for one day, we took our dog with us. TShe hat day I walked her 5 times.Bathroom sinks were backwards (hot/cold)....

”Had a great winter stay. House was super clean, well equipped, and had comfortable furniture. The location was perfect. A great ocean view from living room and then simply crossing the street for a walk on the beach. ”

”The apartment was nice however it had an oder of old cigarette smoke that lingered and the stairwell/ hallway was in need of cleaning and updating We enjoyed the outside area that had a small firepit and chairs The walk to the beach was around 10 minutes There is a small convenience store extremely close by which was helpful ”
