Enjoy the best the beach has to offer at this ocean front penthouse, 2-bedroom hotel suite in the heart of Old Orchard Beach, located at the Brunswick Condominium Hotel. The large rooms feature 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 king bed with amenities like a washer and dryer, marble counters and mosaic tile through-out, incredible beach/ocean views, with high end furniture, appliances, and fixtures. Listen to the live entertainment from your deck from the famous Brunswick Lounge as you soak in the ocean breeze and sun from the top deck or use the shaded deck directly below. In early morning, see the perfect sunrise view and the sounds of the crashing waves. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Nice place, great area, nice views, restaurants nearby. Sleeping for 7 included two cots for two people. Not what I expected for sleeping for 7. Other than that it was very nice place.

The view is breathtaking! We watched the sunrise every morning from bed! It was the most amazing spot for our honeymoon. We purposely stayed in the offseason for our honeymoon because we didn’t want the nightlife, but still wanted the Maine coastline. This penthouse gave us everything we wanted and more. We were only minutes to short hour drives (avoiding tolls) to absolutely everything we wanted to see! Old Orchard Beach and the condo were centrally located to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, Kennebunk, and of course Portland. We spent a day or two in each and had such an amazing time. The penthouse allowed us a short drive back to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful penthouse condo and to sleep with the doors slightly open to allow for the waves to put you to sleep. Oh, and the mirror in the hall for the fit check every day, was a total vibe!

This was a STUNNING, updated, spacious, and comfortable condo! The view was UNBELIEVABLY GORGEOUS from living room and master bedroom. Right ON the beach...are you kidding me?!! FABULOUS! Sun rise over the ocean! Upper and lower terraces had comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the views The master bed and living room couch were super comfy. Bathrooms were very nice and had great water pressure. We did not use the second bedroom but if we would have needed to (i.e. had kids) it may have been a bit tight. Very close to other activities and an amusement park. We were grateful that was shut down for the season as it probably would have been noisy. The indoor/outdoor resturant/bar on the first floor on the complex provides live music on select days/nights so can be a positive or negative depending on your personal preference. We could hear the band in the living spaces with windows closed. Communication with the host was timely. Check in process was a bit bumpy but may have been more related to the time of year (shoulder season). Overall, our experience was wonderful and I would recommend staying at this property

Super location. Beautiful apartment with a great view of the beach on the main floor and upstairs master bedroom. Top of the line appliances and amenities. Had a blast watching and listening to live music from the Swick right from our balcony. We were disappointed with the 2nd bedroom (not the master bedroom). There was no dresser, no windows to open, and no AC. It was bare bones. I rated this place a 4 because my sister staying in the 2nd bedroom was uncomfortable. The rest of the place was suberb. Some other things to note: parking space is tight and luggage carts can't leave the building.

I spent my bachelorette weekend in this condo that is on the fifth floor of a popular pub that plays live music almost every night. The condo is right on the beach and provides a beautiful 180 view of old Orchard Beach. The condo itself was very spacious and clean, lots of fresh air when you open the balcony doors, and the condo itself is very quiet. The check-in process was very easy, everyone was really easy to communicate with, and everyone was very understanding. Definitely will have to spend another week in here. The only recommendation I would make is not to have any little children or infants in the condo as there is a live music until very early in the morning.

Great condo right on the beach. Lovely updated interior and well appointed. Nice to have the bedrooms upstairs with the half-bath downstairs. Great balconies overlooking the beach. Easy access to restaurants and to head North to Portland or south to Kennebunkport. Reserved parking spot and easy beach access were definitely pluses. Host and staff were responsive as needed.

Perfect stop when touring Maine.

We booked this stay with two must-haves in mind: 1) beachfront location and 2) space for five—and this place absolutely delivered and then some. The location was unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and a vibrant atmosphere. We were right above a restaurant and bar that had live music the night we arrived, and the town put on a surprise fireworks show! Watching it all from our balconies made for an unforgettable evening. Jeff & the check-in crew were great to work with. Truly exceeded our expectations!
