Location was perfect. Communication with property manager was great. What I wish was better was having beach chairs/ umbrella/ sand toys available. We rented some things from Babyquip so I added these in to that order. For the price we paid to stay here, beach chairs and an umbrella would have been nice. I had a lot of trouble figuring out the central AC. I even watches a YouTube video on how to use the remote. I finally figured it out on our last day. Directions on how to use the remote would be helpful. I also didn’t see a hair dryer. Some extra blankets would have been nice, too. Some helpful hints if you decide to stay here- the small key on your key ring unlocks the garbage. We didn’t know that until the last day when I had an epiphany. I wish that was stated somewhere. Also, you can not see the the Thursday fireworks from your deck, you will need to walk to the beach. Overall, the location was amazing and communication with Julie was prompt. However, for the price and what I felt it lacked, I would probably look at a different unit next time.

Perfect beach front condo

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had all the necessities. The beach front location was perfect. Julie was quick to respond to any questions. We hope to return next summer.

4th of July

Convenient to the beach, nice view, good amount of space for our family of 4. We were able to check in early which gave us some extra beach time. It was the 4th of July so I think the area was a little more noisy than usual with Fireworks and our neighbors were loud coming in and out after quiet time. Overall things were good, great to have a kitchen to do some quick meals in the condo. Loved the deck for morning coffee. Lots of laundry to do the morning of check out with a 10am exit time. I had to start at 630 to get through everything, and still had to leave items in the dryer. The washer didn't like the blue stripped comforters and got stuck in an extended cycle trying to spin them out. That added some stress to the last morning but overall we had a great stay.

Perfect location

Perfect location and condo is exactly as described! Amazing view, short walk to the pier or to our favorite ocean park bakery! My teen daughter and friend loved staying in the loft area and my husband and Inloved our mornings and evenings on the deck. Julie the host was super responsive and helpful with questions. Thanks Julie! We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location

Had an amazing trip with the family in Old Orchard Beach! I grew up staying in these units as a kid and you can’t be the location. The views right onto the beach are absolutely beautiful. The unit itself was clean and beautifully decorated. We had 2 infants in our group, so having the ability to walk right off the beach was ideal. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, comfortable, clean, as advertised condo. Our four teenagers slept in the loft. comfortable beds. Attentive owners responded quickly to any questions. Really easy walk to mini golf, midway. Would definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL OCEAN VIEWS

We enjoyed our week at OOB. The location was great and the ocean views from the balcony and living room were wonderful. The unit was clean and well maintained and well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc. We were disappointed with the lack of linens, however. There were no potholders, no kitchen dish towels, no bath mat, only one (1) hand towel, 5 bath towels and 5 wash cloths. With 4 adults the first half of the week, we had to use the extra towel as a bath mat when we exited the shower. Luckily the washer and dryer worked well and we had brought our own Tide pods, so we used it often to keep the towels and wash cloths fresh. Also, some basic instructions left in the unit would have been helpful, especially with regards to the garage where the second parking spot is located. There was no garage door opener as some of the other units had, and we had to call Julie for the code. The TV instructions were not very definitive, but we finally figured them out, and we had to ask another renter where to dump our trash. We gave our stay 4 stars, but with more linens and some basic instructions, it would have been 5 star perfect.
