Welcome to Summer's Daze, a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Townhome in the Surfside neighborhood of Old Orchard Beach. This in the end unit condo closest to the beach. The townhouse is approximately 4 homes (one block) to the beach path on Seabreeze Ave, making trips to the bathroom and beach breaks extremely easy.
The condo comes with 3 designated parking spots, and outdoor area for grilling and ample space separated on three floors to cater to multi-generational families. The unit does have a ground floor bedroom,
Surfside is about 8/10 of a mile from the pier area. It has limited public parking so the beach remains quieter than other areas. The sand is soft, white and the beach area is flat. It is (in our humble option) the most beautiful stretch of beach out of the entire 7 miles.

This property was very nice, clean, comfortable and accommodating.There is the loud 9PM and 1AM Amtrack Train however that probably should be disclosed a bit more for families with younger kids.

We pulled up in the description it said 1 minute to the beach. So we were thinking it was on the beach the place was plenty big for 4 of us. Apon arrival we had found there were number of things that weren't clean. 3 of us are professional cleaners and maybe our expectations are set a little higher do to the work we do. The floors were dirty, the upstairs king sheets smelled like dirty feet, the twin sheets it felt as if something was biting me all night, the shower was completely soap scum and in dire need of a good scrubbing, downstairs was in good shape except for the mirror looked like they used something other than windex to clean it.The main floor was dusty and the registers, and window sills looked like they have been wiped in months and the dishes in the cupboard some of them were dirty with food on them. The place had a ton of light blubs out and the back porch was covered in bird poop. So by the second night we had washed the sheets from the king bed and twin bed folded them up and slept on the couches there. Overall it was not worth the money we spent to stay here. Just my opinion

The condo was located at a nice part of the beach which was easy to get to. It was clean and well equipped. There is a train and some traffic noise but proximity to the beach made that secondary. Tracy was very responsive. Grill and outdoor area was a nice addition. Having a washer dryer helped out too! We had different bedtimes so separate sleep spaces helped!

Great location

Stayed here with my wife , 2 young kids, and my mother for a quick beach trip. The condo is just we needed, very clean, and in a great location. Tracy was very responsive and made check in very easy. I definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience!

Property host was the best! Starting before we even rented this Airbnb. The location really was a block from the beach easy one minute walk. I stayed with adult children and their spouses. We had more than enough room.. Thank you to our house for all of your extended courtesies! Definitely would book again!!!
