Condo in the center of OOB, but on a quiet street. Minutes walk to the beach, Amusement park, shops, the Pier and restaurants. Sleeps 4. Fully equipped kitchen. Well furnished & super clean. Queen bed and sofa bed. Roku TV for streaming. Fast Wi-Fi, 1 free parking space. Additional parking is avaible $10 per night. Washer and dryer in the basement. Walk and enjoy the 7-mile beach. Ideal for a family with a child. Easy and anytime check-in via a lockbox. This is a great getaway in any season!

It was as expected, a little dated which I was fine with. It’s a place to stay and it’s in a good location to walk everywhere. I would say it meets the basics, except it really didn’t. The lock didn’t work ( you could just turn the lock without a passcode from the outside) which left us feeling a little unsafe. The bathroom overhead light, porch light, and stove vent didn’t work. And both remotes for the tv were barely functioning and held together by tape. For the price we paid for it I would definitely expect more simple needs/maintenance.

Place is as advertised and location is key, otherwise there is much to be desired. In the middle of our stay the key code was reset without any notification. So coming back at 10pm after a long day away and being locked out without notification was not great. Finally I decided to check the app again look for any alerts (there were none) and I noticed the key code number had been completely changed. Why?? A couple other small things would have gone a long way, like beach towels since it’s a beach condo. Extra towels for showering in general a rug inside and outside to catch the sand. Could use an overall refresh with big gashes in the wall, furniture worn etc. For the price point of over 425 a night we won’t be staying here again.

The location was perfect. We were able to park in their lot and walk everywhere. The Suite is dated and worn but clean. My husband and I had a great time. Our only complaints were the lock was difficult to use and the TV in the living room was connected to receiving.

Less than impressed

First off, my girlfriend and I wanted a little vacation so we stayed here for 1 night before going to another town. I should have researched a little more because nothing was open, granted that is not the responsibility of the owner of this place but for the price we paid for one night in a ghost town, I was rather annoyed. When we walked in, the kitchen was clean, living room was clean, but the bed is another story. There was dirt under the covers and on top of the bottom sheet, I don’t know what it was from but we slept on top of all covers for that reason. The bathroom light barely worked, thankfully the light above the sink worked. This is right next to a train track so you will hear that a few times (even overnight). Overall, part of the place felt clean but I can’t get over the bed. During peak season I’m sure it’s a great location but honestly, you’re better off just staying in Portland. I would not recommend.

Perfect location!

This is our 3rd year staying in OOB for our anniversary and the annual car show. This property was perfect for our stay! Very clean, close to everything, and easy to find. My only complaint would be the bathroom that is only accessible from the bedroom, which can make nighttime tricky when traveling with a toddler, but overall we were very pleased with our stay. We will be back!

Great location

This condo was a block from everything. Very easy to walk to and from the town and beach. The place was clean and had everything you'd need. Only negative is the only bathroom is in the bedroom. Thats get rough when you're sharing with kids but overall clean place, excellent location and very easy check in. It was a great vacation.

the renter was very responsive and communicative to any issues we had. it was clean and well stocked w/basics its definitely a bit of an older property and the TV in the living room would not connect to Wifi but the bedroom one did. Would stay again. close to everything.

Old Orchard Stay

We were very pleased with the stay. If we could have requested one thing it would of been a deck of cards or games we could have played when we got back to the place. But overall it was great check in and check out process. A clean place with plenty of space.

Good location for exploring the Portland area as well as the southern coast of Maine.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a good base camp for our adventures. The home was clean and spacious. The property owners were quick to respond.

Home Sweet Home

Mother Daughter Getaway

My daughter and I took a great trip to Maine. We were very happy to find this great convenient 1 bedroom condo in Old Orchard Beach. It was very clean. The manager/owner was very responsive to my questions prior to coming. We enjoyed our time there. It was a convenient place from which to enjoy wine tasting, sightseeing, going to the beach, walking, restaurants, and checking out the 65 lighthouses. There are numerous great places to eat within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Easy, convenient and clean

My kids slept on the pull out couch, my husband and I in the bedroom. It was perfect for a quick getaway. Within a quick walk to the pier, the beach and restaurants.
