”We had a great stay in the perfect little house. My wife and I have vacationed in OOB for 20 years. This year we traveled with our new puppy. We were thrilled when we found this property was dog friendly. The location was close to the beach and the many small markets and restaurants. The owner of the house was great to work with.”

”Stayed here in June ‘25 with my wife and son and this place was great for the three of us. Location next to the beach is great and close enough you can walk to the pier by the beach or through town. Place was very clean, staff very helpful, perfect little sized kitchen to make some quick small meals if you’d like. Would stay again.”

”The house is great for extended family vacation with 3 bedrooms each having its own bathroom. The only slight drawback is that there is no dining table. It's only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the amusements, pier and the beach. ”

”Very clean, neat, sunny, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Had some trouble with figuring out AC system and had to call the owner, but she was responsive and helpful. (I suggested this should be in the book that was left.) Also, two different days for trash pick-up were listed, which was confusing. One closet door was off its track and fell off onto my sister while she was trying to move it. Other than that, it was very nice and we would recommend it.”

”This was the best home that I have stayed at. The house was so well stocked with kitchen items (so many spices, utensils, grills), towels, and just extras (beach chairs, bug spray, etc). The home was very clean. The host was great and communicated as needed with me about extras. The location was fine and close enough with driving to the places that we were interested in visiting. Thr backyard was also a great size and the kids loved playing back there. Highly recommend. ”

”Being summer, immediately after booking, we contacted the mgmt co hosting this property for the owners to double-check that air conditioning was offered at this property. We were assured that the property had AC. Upon arrival, there was an old SUPER LOUD floor unit in each of the 3 bedrooms and a wall unit in the upstairs hallway. Immediately, and throughout the stay, we had nightmare issues with all of the AC units. The first bedroom, the AC kept flashing tank full and shutting off most of the...
