”Price was that of a five star but the room was like any other Marriott or Hilton. Dated, tiny bathroom, door for bathroom opened into the bathroom and nearly hit toilet. We expected more for the price”

”Room was very clean but had closet door sticking when opening and refrigerator was humming during the night.”

”The only positive of this place would be the view of the capitol building. The building and rooms are out-dated, but the worst part was the maintenance. The hotel has a lot of issues with hotel card readers on the room doors, which do not work or reset after a day. I had to get a new room the first day because the key card couldn't be read, and then had to go down to the lobby repeatedly, to the key card reset. Other guests were having the same issue. The room that I had had an odd, moldy...

”The room 140 was beyond filthy and in disrepair. Hole in wall. Old vomit behind door,rug with dozens of dark stains, no lamp by bed, tv did not work, and there were burn marks on the tub from cigaretts. Ashtrays in room that was suposed to be non smoking”

”Kind of dirty, floors were dirty in common area/foyer, stuff stuck to the walls, hair in the shower when we got there. Pool closed, end of May. Staff was upset when we asked for more towels on our third day. Ok place for a quick stop, but I wouldn't stay for more than one night, probably wouldn't go back.”

”While booking this hotel, it says "breakfast is included". They hardly provide anything for breakfast and the room was noisy.”

”Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Large cigarette burn hole in bedspread & blanket, bed had to be stripped & remade, top sheet was on top of the blanket instead of top of fitted sheet, 1 of the pillows had a stain & short black hair & I requested it to be replaced, Remote to TV dead & needed new batteries, sink was plugged & maintenance had to come in & fix it”

”We could not get our heat to work and when I asked to check it. They wanted to come in when we were getting up to leave. We checked out that afternoon. Since it was after 11am I was charged for the 2nd night which I understand. Not sure I would stay there next time.”

”The room was okay for the price and overall fine for a short stay. However, we found small bugs/roaches in the room, which is absolutely terrible and unacceptable for a hotel. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement.”

”Construction at front - air purifiers every 10 ft. And noisy, room smelled, found vodka bottle with liquor still in it under the mattress -turned it into the front desk and they didn’t say or do anything… no breakfast - just a sign saying sorry, not available, no coffee - do not stay here - ”

”Breakfast was great, good selection. My room was large and and great kitchen amenities. ”

”This was a disaster. Hotel is in very poor condition. We had no wifi or TV for a day and half. The pool which was reason for choosing this hotel was condemned by Board of health 6 months ago. No one came to clean our room until we asked on 2nd day. Some residents seemed like transient. Most of all staff at desk was totally useless, they made a note and nothing was done. A hotel in This state should not be open. We are requesting refund for lack of services.”

”Stayed just for a few hours. Couldn't get the TV to work, plus the other people in the rooms next to me had kids running up and down the stairs and being loud in the hallways. The bed was a vast improvement from last time. It was worth it for a few hours stay and and a good nap. I will return in the future.”
