”The hotel's website said there was "self parking" available. What this means is that you pay $30 per night at a lot across the street from the hotel. The infuriated me. In addition, there was NOTHING in the room about guest services, checkout time, room service, menu for the on-site restaurant, not a shred of information about restaurants or other places to visit nearby. That is useful information to me. It almost felt like the hotel was run by robots.”

The carpets are all sticky, the hallways smell of cigarettes, the beddings are thing and stained, the towels are very old and heavily used and stained. There was a stench in my room, I could hear my neighbors next door…in a nutshell, not worth I paid for but more affordable considering the alternatives..”

”The only good thing in this hotel was the young and slim girl at the front desk. She was nice and helpful. When we got to the room it smelled like an ashtray (non-smoking room) and the sheets felt like they were dirty. The breakfast was a joke. There was only coffee and cereals to choose from but no bowls or milk for them. Once we asked the older lady at the front desk, she grunted and took bowls out of the cupboards. ”I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again.”

”The room was very dated. The bed was a raised metal bed frame, older bedspread and two flat pillows. It was clean. Carpet had some stains, ceiling fire alarm had something sprayed in the vents so I don’t think it worked and the toilet had an inch of caulk around the base. Towels “looked” clean - all two of them. The refrigerator was an added benefit. We were able to refreeze our ice packs. The parking was ample and safe. Our room was quiet but the other one was very noisy (reserved two rooms).”

It had burn marks all over the room, in the floor on the curtain, on all of the furniture, on the bedding, in the bsthroom and on and on. The walls had holes in it, fire alarm was missing, sink kept running, ceiling over the toilet had a leak and ceiling was ready to fall down, faucets were broken, paint peeling all over the room and it had a strong smell of smoke.
