I went through the request process to change my dates and they refused. They charged me despite the fact that I made an honest mistake and wanted to update my reservation the same day it was made. Curtains were hung on a tension rod that fell off when you opened curtains. Should be a regular curtain rod for safety reasons. Attached to the frame. No, I would not recommend staying here.”
