”Dirty room Mud and blood on room carpet Moldy smell”

”Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated.”

”We stayed in a newly renovated room and the front desk attendant explained that the contractor was going back through some of the rooms to catch anything unfinished. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient and has reasonable prices. This hotel is conveniently located to the Offut Air Force Base and has direct access to a nice bike path that we used during our three night stay. This hotel provided the best stay for the money on our eight nights of travel.”

”Front desk staff lady was super friendly and fast. Hotel was ok- bathroom could have been a little cleaner. It served its purpose for a short stay.”

”There was only a kiosk for check-in. We were told to sit down until they were ready. We had pre-paid, all we needed was a key card. It took 15+ minutes & it was difficult to understand. ”

”Breakfast ok room was little too warm”

”The room was clean enough but this is not a Marriott level facility. It was not well maintained, the furniture was beat up, very meh overall. Hotel staff was absolutely incredible.”

”Nice overnight hotel. Great staff. Clean room. Nice shower. Easy check in and out. Unfortunately the hot tub was being repaired — would have been nice after a long day of driving.”

”Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good since it was part of the stay, had attached rooms which worked great for wife and kids.”

”We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. The disposal was broken and leaked water all over the floor so we could not use the kitchen sink or wash dishes. The full sized...

”Upon arriving around 4:45pm, they were still actively cleaning the rooms we were assigned(requested adjourning rooms). We waited roughly 30 minutes before we could get into our rooms. Once in the rooms, the floors weren’t swept the best and sheets smelled cleaned, but had some stains and there was a dark, coarse hair on one bed. I called and talked to the front desk and they sent the cleaning ladies up and they promptly got new sheets for the beds. The pool was okay. Breakfast the next morning...

”Clean quiet rooms! Excellent location! Friendly accommodating staff.”

”Charged me a$30 deposit which I never got back,charged me an additional $50 damage fee for the sheets getting dirty from an accident.Staff threatened to call the police on me.Will not stay here again $238 for a crappy hotel is ridiculous”

”We had two rooms. One of the rooms had water seeping up through the floor when you walked on it. The sheets and pillow cases were overly stained in both rooms. The AC unit in our other room had a big hole in it and you could see outside. The blankets were so thin, and the kiddos got too cold. The bath/shower floors were extremely slippery and one of our kiddos fell while in the shower. One room smelled badly of cigarette smoke that our asthmatic kiddo had an issue, and the other room smelled...

”The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.”

”We were not impressed with our stay. The receptionist our first night constantly had her phone in her hand and was not professional. The mattress in our room was very hard and uncomfortable. The ac did not work right and the shelf covering it was broken. We would not stay here again.”
