”This was just a place to lay my head. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. I didn't utilize the bar or have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Contrary to the sign in the bathroom, housecleaning came every day instead of every other day. A couple of little glitches, I couldn't make long distance calls with the phone in the room, and I had to become a Hilton Honors member to get wi-fi activated, but those weren't big deals for me. One big glitch. I had asked for a wake up call...

”1. This property is short staffed and poorly run. 2. It’s filthy to the point that one night the foyer smelled of urine. They had a room for vending and laundry that was also filthy. 3. I had a family medical emergency and had originally been told twice that I could check out early without penalty then had to argue when the manager said no. Ultimately, I was able to get a refund for my unused nights from Expedia. 4. I felt so unsafe as a woman sleeping alone at night that I slept with a chair...

”We arrived with noticed from front desk that they were repairing the water pipes so there would be no not water to shower until the next day. However, the next 2 days we still didn’t have hot water to shower plus the toilet didn’t have water to flush. Front desk said there were any maintenance available to come fix that so he moved us to another room and that was at midnight. We had to move all our stuffs that was settled in the last 2 days to the new room.”
