"This “hotel” might look decent from the outside, but inside it’s a complete disaster. Basic things don’t work, rooms electrical outlets are unreliable, and the staff seem totally unprepared. It gets worse: I was charged twice at check-in, and when I came back to my room the next evening, my belongings were gone, replaced with someone else’s things. Yes, they gave my room to another guest. The staff took forever to even understand what happened, and when they called the manager on speaker, she sounded completely indifferent, like this kind of chaos is just business as usual. ⚠️ Avoid at all costs. Don’t ignore the negative reviews, they’re telling the truth."
