Ideal for two people, this studio was recently renovated (September 2025) and now offers a fully independent bedroom, ensuring greater privacy and comfort. The living room and kitchen have been integrated, creating a modern, cozy, and functional space.

It’s small, but there is everything what you need, even more. It’s very clean. We stayed for 8 days and after four days they cleaned the studio, we had fresh linens and towels, which I appreciate very much. The owner is very friendly and nice. Cosy clean apartment

The hosts were lovely and very communicative even before we arrived and the check in process was seamless and the apartment was as described. It’s small just cosy and just right for short stays. It’s in a good location and we walked everywhere as there’s a lot nearby.

Very gracious hosts

The place is exactly as described. Everything that is needed for a comfortable stay is there. Nelson and Paula are wonderful people, very helpful in making suggestions for day trips and sightseeing, Nelson sends us all information right down to google map. He took us on a tour around town on our first day. We were lucky that on our last day at Olhao, Nelson had to go to Faro, he very generously offered to give us a ride to the bus station. Super angenhmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nélson, der Vermieter, ist mega nett, zuvorkommend und ist immer bemüht den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten. Er hat uns sogar seine Dachterrasse mit Fernsehraum zur Verfügung gestellt, damit wir in aller Ruhe die Deutschlandspiele schauen konnten. Er kennt sich sehr gut aus und hat uns so manche tolle Infoseite gesendet, für coole Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés oder Märkte...alles war dabei. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da. Er hat uns sehr herzlich und familiär aufgenommen. Das Häuschen war klein aber fein. Es war alles notwendige da. Sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich war ordentlich und angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent Stay

Nelson and Paula are the most perfect hosts, happy to help but also show respect and privacy. Accommodation is modern, clean and everything one or two people would require. Easy 15 min Uber from Faro Airport. 15 min walk to train station and cheap tickets to Tavira (and Tavira Island with amazing beach)and Fuseta, both a must see. 20 mins brisk walk to front in Olhao. Bus service available but i like to walk. Ferry to one of the islands from Olheo also not to be missed. Olhao is a beautiful fishing town. All in all a beautiful, relaxing holiday. Thank you Nelson and Paula.

Fantastic stay! Exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided and our hosts were always on hand with advice and suggestions for places to visit. They were both very friendly and very careful to protect our privacy. Communication with them was very easy.

Avoiding the Scottish winter

As a solo traveller this was perfect accommodation. Communication from the outset was both reliable and informative. I met both Nelson and Paula on day 1 but most of my communication/contact was through Nelson who had a good grasp of the English language to help me. Both however were lovely and Paula’s English was impressive. Nelson was extremely generous with his time and support offering me suggestions where to visit and ride my bike on a daily basis. He was most sincere and a joy to chat to when not busy. Both were very respectful of my privacy. The accommodation was completely as described. It was super clean and I could not find fault with anything. Great location for exploring on foot or by train. They both have a genuine intent to offer the best of holidays for guests. Highly recommended. If I return to Portugal, I would not look beyond staying with the best hosts again.

Excellent accueil. Paula et Nélson sont réellement aux petits soins pour vous. Bons guides pour nos centres d'intérêts. Le logement est peut être petit, mais extrêmement bien aménagé. Avec un véhicule on accède facilement à tout. Nous ne pouvons que recommander. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
