Rustic Villa with nice views and swimming pool ideal for relaxing near Sitges

THE ACCOMMODATION
Mediterranean style rustic house for 6 people located near Sitges (12 min drive) with magnificent sunsets and views of the famous Garraf mountain. At the top of the house there are grounds, consisting of a patio with outdoor table, lawn or chill out area for sunbathing or exercise and a magnificent private swimming pool of 8m x 4m with a depth of up to 1.95m. There is a lot of tranquillity in the area and waking up to the sound of birdsong is characteristic of the house. The two upper floors of the house are for rent, which is where the whole house is located and consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom and a toilet, large kitchen with access to the patio, lawn area and swimming pool. The house has a rustic Mediterranean style with all the comforts. . Before reaching the swimming pool there is a patio where there is a table for outdoor dining. At the front of the house, on the terrace-balcony there are unobstructed views of the mountains with beautiful sunsets. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature and footpaths.
The lower floor is the storage and maintenance area and is not rented out.

The house has the advantage of being in the mountains and away from the noise, and at the same time it is very close to Sitges (12 minutes by car), a very famous place for its parties, where you will find restaurants, nice clothes shops, bars and atmosphere to enjoy the night.

The house has three double rooms, all rooms have views to the nature, double bed 135x190, bedside table, lamp, wardrobe and fan. Bed linen and towels are provided. The house is quite cool and is located in the hills, where the wind blows, so the temperature is pleasant.

There is a full bathroom with shower, storage space, wardrobe and mirror, and a toilet with toilet, sink, mirror and storage space.

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and ceramic hob. It has everything necessary for 6 people.
The living-dining room has a large wooden table with views and large windows to enjoy the best sunsets.
There is a sofa, Smart Tv, Alexa and phone charger and free wifi.

We believe this house is ideal for families, friends, couples, adults or young people looking for a haven to relax and share with their loved ones. Considering that both Sitges and other nearby beach areas have a lot of atmosphere to entertain, this house provides an area of rest and tranquillity.

LOCATION:
As stated above, the house is located 12 minutes drive from Sitges ( Avenida Sofia), where there are supermarkets, nice clothes boutiques, bars, cafes, entertainment and everything you need. Sitges is an emblematic place for its fiestas and its people.
The nearest beach is Sitges. All along the coast there are different beaches and cool areas to have brunch or a drink. Recommendations of places will be given to you on arrival. I am available via whatsapp to suggest places to visit and restaurants.

From the house, (located in the town of Olivella) there are several beautiful places to visit: The Buddhist monastery, you can do archery, visit the astronomical observatory, take a walking route where you can get to see wild horses, or spend a family day visiting the free horses in the Garraf. You can ask for all this information on arrival.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
A) A towel for the swimming pool can be requested if guests do not bring one. Please ask for it on arrival. A bath towel and a small towel for each person is offered free of charge and is changed between the 4th and 5th day.
Extra towels are 5€.

B) Laundry service for a fee. in the house. It is 5€ per washing machine. Depending on the amount of laundry, two washing machines will be charged. You can request it at check in or during your stay. A bucket is given to leave the dirty clothes and the next day it is returned clean. (We do not wash beach towels that have been in contact with sand).

C) We have the service of doing the shopping with additional cost for the clients if they wish it. 30€ per hour. Check on arrival.

E) We have a service to take clients to the airport at the end of the instance (We do not do pick-ups.) The service will depend on availability and the capacity of suitcases and people to be carried.

F) There is a free 1 hour service 2 times a week to clean the common rooms inside the house. (We do not go into the rooms). Please ask for it on arrival. If the guest requires more cleaning hours than those offered free of charge, a charge of 25€ per hour will be made.
The maintenance of the pool and gardens is necessary 3 we try to do it at times when the guests are not there. We want to give total privacy.

G) We have recommendations for leisure and restaurants in the area available to guests on request. Please ask on arrival.

OPERATION OF THE HOUSE

0-Parties and excessively loud music are not allowed. The maximum capacity is 6 people. If additional persons are added after booking, 60€ in cash per day per person will be charged.

1-At the check-in you will have to pay 1 euro per day and per person in CASH for the tourist tax and you will be asked to show your passport or identification document.

2~ We are careful with the facilities and respectful of the environment so we expect our guests to respect our space and not to misuse the facilities.

3- The entrance door to the property (the door leading to the street) must be locked every time you enter or leave the house. Do not slam it shut, the key must be thrown away.

4/-The sockets to charge the phone are inside the house, there are no sockets outside in the grounds, therefore when you want to charge your phone there are special places inside the house for guests to charge their phones and electronic devices.

5) -Any object in the house, including towels and cutlery, may not be taken out of the house under any circumstances. Towels provided in the rental for the beach are not to be used.

6) There are areas of the garden that have not been available for use for some time and it is forbidden to enter. These areas are duly indicated.

7) In the house there is an alarm, exterior camera, wifi and signal amplifier. All of them need to be connected to the mains 24 hours a day. The plugs that supply power to these devices cannot be unplugged under any circumstances. They are for the use of the house. There are other plugs specially indicated for the clients.

8) You leave 1 set of keys with 3 keys. The door to the street, the door to the house and the auxiliary door to the kitchen. If the set of keys is lost, a lock change fee will be charged.

9) Guests are responsible for disposing of all rubbish in the rubbish bins on the street corners outside the house. If at the end of the stay there are bags of rubbish to be disposed of, a charge of €50 will be made for this service.
The same applies to dirty dishes, if the client leaves dishes to be washed, 50€ will be charged for the cleaning service of dishes and kitchen utensils. There is a dishwasher available for guests.

10) Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Outside the house yes.

11) Children from 10 years old are welcome. If the children are younger, please consult us beforehand. This is a house that is not entirely suitable for small children. Please consult me about this. Small children may come as long as they are quiet children and parents pay careful attention to them and do not touch or enter areas that are off-limits.

12) Pets are not allowed.

Additional services will be charged at check-in or when contracted by the guest in cash.
