Bali Villa offers everything one could desire on vacation. It has a beach-shaped pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. A summer dining area with a large covered barbecue where you can enjoy outdoor roasts or paellas. Different spaces with sofas, where you can rest while admiring the magnificent views of the Garraf Natural Park. And of course, a fully equipped house, conditioned for 12 people.



Villa Bali is located in the municipality of Olivella (Barcelona) in the heart of Garraf. Its Natural Park offers interesting landscapes and a variety of trails to visit on foot or by bicycle.



Just 10 minutes by car, you can enjoy the tourist town of Sitges, known for its diverse leisure offer, lively nightlife, and beautiful fine sand beaches. You can also practice water sports and enjoy the best restaurants, shops, and bars in the area, or simply stroll through its beautiful streets.



4 kilometers away is the beautiful town of Sant Pere de Ribes where you can do all kinds of shopping and where you will find supermarkets Aldi, Lider, Caprabo, Mercadona, Carrefour...



If you like discovering Mediterranean cities, you cannot miss the visit to the cosmopolitan Barcelona, just 45 km from the center.



For amusement park lovers, you will find Port Aventura located about 40 km away, a perfect place to release adrenaline.



Although if what you like is history, you cannot miss knowing the city of Tarragona, which you find less than 65 km away. Beautiful city surrounded by the charm of ancient Rome.



Villa Bali is a house that has a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, water heater, induction cooktop, variety of kitchenware...) that leads to a covered porch with spacious sofas where you can comfortably rest and relax. In the dining room, you will see a large window where you can enjoy incredible views, Smart TV. Full bathroom with shower tray, two double bedrooms and a suite with full bathroom with an attic with two single beds. On the second floor, there is a spacious room with 4 single beds and another area with a well-equipped gym.

The accommodation is completely exclusive to guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.



Bed sheets and towel sets are provided, one set per bed and one set per guest at the beginning of the stay. If guests wish to change sheets and/or towels during their stay, they can request it as an additional service with an extra cost.



Cleaning is not included during the stay. If you wish to have additional cleanings during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will have an extra cost.



The pool maintenance is performed weekly by qualified personnel.



The coffee maker is a Dolce Gusto capsule machine.

No charcoal is provided for the barbecue.



Both before and during their stay, they can consult me about everything they need.

Anything you may need prior to your arrival, do not hesitate to ask me, and it will be a pleasure to clarify any doubts you may have.

Once you arrive at the accommodation, I will personally be there to receive you, show you the house, and explain how everything works.

In addition, I can advise you on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, local popular festivals, supermarkets to shop at,... and anything else you might need.

If during your stay you need my help, it will be a pleasure to assist you.

It is totally recommended to have a car.

You can park inside the house, although access is a bit complicated. In any case, you can park for free without any problem on the street, right in front of the house.

If what you want is to enjoy being at home, and make occasional outings, another option is to use a taxi, since there is service 24 hours a day.

There is also a bus stop near the house, but the schedules are very limited.

We can arrange taxi transfers to the airport, or any other location.



BOOKING CONDITIONS



Booking is not allowed for groups of young people UNDER 28 YEARS OLD.

This house is designed to enjoy with family, in a quiet, pleasant, and residential environment.

*** IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE THE ELECTRIC CAR, AS THE ELECTRICAL POWER OF THE HOUSE DOES NOT SUPPORT IT ***



Before arriving at the accommodation, a link will be sent where you must register the data of ALL guests, and also pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff in charge of delivering the keys will not hand over the keys until this process is completely finished.



The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya is 1.00€ per adult and per day (with a maximum of 7 days of tax) (minors under 17 years old do not pay).



RESPONSIBILITY



The reservation of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Carefully read the property rules that will be published on Airbnb. Parties and smoking are not allowed inside the property. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to immediately vacate the accommodation, without right to compensation or refund.



It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.



Guests are responsible for the proper care of the accommodation during their stay and commit to returning it in the same conditions in which they found the lodging and its equipment, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear and tear of the accommodation.

If any defect occurs in the housing, please notify us immediately and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.



Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the accommodation in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and the trash in the street containers; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.



CHECK-IN



The check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. All arrivals between 9:00 PM and midnight will have a surcharge of 50 €. Arrivals after midnight must be communicated in advance and will carry an additional charge depending on the case.



The person responsible for check-in will wait at the accommodation to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason they cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.



The loss of keys will have a supplement of 50€ for each set and 75€ for the parking remote control.
