”Breakfast had a nice selection. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Room ac was very loud kicking on and off all night. Light in bathroom missing diffuser cover. Walls are thin-you can hear a lot from neighboring rooms. ”

”Newer hotel. They did give us a bag with a granola bar and water. No complementary breakfast.”

”Parking was easy, we found a space in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and the hotel was very quiet. ”

”This is a 0 star hotel, it's so terrible. Their rooms are very dirty, in fact, I got sick. I spend a night and the next day I was sick. The rooms are musty and very dirty. Another room is very, very dirty and dilapidated. Another room has bed bugs. I checked out the next morning, they said they will refund me my second night but until now they have not refund me still. It has been almost a month now.”

”The reason for just an okay rating is because the hotel needs a lot of updating to do. It’s stuck in the late 80’s in terms of bathroom and overall look. The room smell needs some improvement and also the HVAC sysytem needs updating and duct cleaning is needed. There’s some construction materials all over the place and it is not pleasing to the eyes. The breakfast was ok. The price we paid for was too much for what we got to stay in the hotel. ”

”Don’t be fooled they don’t have any of the amenities the website said. You get a room and nothing else. All the rooms smell like smoke whether you book a smoking or non smoking room. The staff was unpleasant and isn’t there to help. ”

”Dried blood on the comforter but basically clean , couldn’t get front desk on the phone cuz it didn’t work then when I actually called from my cell no one would answer. Only stayed over night but if I had gotten there earlier I would not have stayed. ”

”It’s in a great location- however, there were some things that could be improved: 1. All bath linens need to be burnt - I couldn’t tell if they’d been washed or not; the disinfectant they used to clean the floors was overpowering; pillows could be upgraded- I felt like I was sleeping on cardboard; not too many amenities in the room (no hangers, coffee pot but no supplies; no iron/ironing board; kitchenette but no plates/pots or utensils); hotel was generally clean and for its location, it’s ok...

”Let's start with positives: The beds were comfortable. The fridge was cold. AC and heat worked fine.Now the negatives. We had a handicap room...beds are so high I had to buy a step stool for my husband to get up. No grab bars in the bathroom. No amenities like soap or shampoo. No mirror. After the first day, someone forgot to replace the towels. Chairs are beat up. Building is in rough shape, pool is filled in. Husband's wheelchair barely fit through the bathroom doorway. I was doing an art...
