”This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again!”

”It was wonderful to find plenty of plates, utensils, and other basics in kitchen for preparing meals. Outdoor deck and pool area were more than anyone needs to enjoy the outdoors. Our pooch loved the wooded fenced in property. There were 6 of us, and we all agreed that your home would be a wonderful place to re-visit on another "USMC Reunion". ”I was very impressed when I walked into this beautiful villa! I’d booked it for my parents and brother who came to town for a family wedding. The villa was beautifully decorated, well stocked, immaculately clean, and spacious for my parents, brother, and my dad’s dog. Our host was very attentive and would respond back to my questions immediately. We would certainly book it again if we were ever back in the area! Beautiful home!!”

”This was a perfect stay for my friends and I! We loved the authenticity of the home and the old vibes it gave. We had a little issue on check as our door code was changed prior to arrival but the app Dack came to the rescue allowing us to unlock the door whenever we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Knoxville area!”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Savage Manor. This condo is centrally located within Tellico Village, which made our house hunting easier. It is also close to restaurants and grocery shopping. The condo is roomy and well appointed with excellent parking. It is perfect for anything Tellico Village related.”

”This property is perfect for extended families of multiple ages and mobility needs! Super clean, freshly renovated, new furniture, great temperature control and fully equipped full kitchen. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels, iron and ironing board, blow dryer. James thought of everything to make our stay wonderful!
