Der Gastgeber informierte uns jedoch, dass es eine Fehlinformation seitens Expedia sei. Das war auch in Ordnung für uns, es war zwar sehr warm aber mit offenen Fenstern ging es irgendwie. ”Wonderful apartment, very cute and quiet village. Very clean, comfortable, safe. Communication excellent. I recommend you have a rental car. I didn't and it is a 15-min/ 1km hike up from the very reliable and inexpensive ferry and train. It took me (not young and used to the US suburbs) a day to get acclimatized to this - it is an alpine village. The town of Lierna and this apartment are perfectly suited to day hikers. ”

”Alles prima und sehr nette Betreuung durch Clara. Auch die Lage am Rande der kleinen Altstadt ist sehr gut. Nur das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Kaffeepause und Milch waren ok. Sonst nur Zwieback und Süßes in Verpackungen. Also lieber Preis etwas runter und angeben, dass man in der Altstadt gut frühstücken kann. Das wäre angemessener. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.”

"Service was very good, especially reception lady was super fast, frienly and very welcoming. Hotel location is very good, just few steps from the station and centre. I was surprised in how poor condition hotel is, looked fresh in the pictures but reality was different. Roof is leaking at the 5. floor for example, and I saw the same problem also on other floors when used stairs instead of elevator. Room was clean and bed was good. Better to not complain as I was looking for a low price, and I was just staying one night. All the best for the hotel staff."
