”Very basic, efficient property in a central location.”

”Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!”

”We have stayed at this property over decades. At least 25 times. We have had many excellent visits. Not so much this time. After we checked in (two rooms x 4 nights), we were told the rooms would not be serviced the first night due to lack of cleaning staff. Then after the second night the rooms were still not serviced. When we advised the front desk, they said they would make a note, but did nothing to correct the situation. We complained to two different staff members the third...

”This property is so Beautifully Unique! The Parisian decor, French crepes and coffee each morning, Happy Hour Wine time and best of all Kobe, the front desk guy whom checked us all in with ease, kindness and top notch customer service!”

”Excellent all around. Parking easy, check in quick and friendly. Right by highway but very quiet for sleeping. Nice hot breakfast and pool sparkles. Glad to return!”

”This property was really dirty. Parts of the room were clean and then other parts of the room were filthy. The room smelled terrible. The staff was really nice but we will never stay here again. ”

”The birds, that they have tried to control, fly and nest above the pool so we didn't use that area. The fire pits were great and they have a corn hole set, so we played that during the evening. They have a bbq but we didn't use it. The rooms were clean, beds and pillows comfy. All the supplies to cook with in the kitchenette. Conveniently off the highway and just a few minutes from downtown Petaluma. We have stayed on the property multiple times while in Petaluma for a classic car show.”

”This property is under construction. The room that I paid for on Expedia was not the room that was provided to me. They had no rooms available with a patio, which is what I paid for. The hotel is under construction. The rooms smell like cigarettes, and the staff was rude. I would not recommend this property and Expedia needs to update their website in accordance with the hotel. ”
