”Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of homemade items and local apple juice. The homemade ice cream was sampled a lot. Local beers and wines in the bar - everything felt as if it was zero food miles, which we love. The pool and garden are immaculate. We can’t wait to...
”The front desk hostess from Germany was delightful! The room was very clean. We loved the balcony and the view! The morning breakfast had so many delicious items to choose from. I loved the presentation of the buffet as well as the cute plates and cups. We really enjoyed our one night stay. Such a cute hotel in a such a cute town. ”
”I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel.

Checkin is 3pm. If you are coming earlier, you should make prior arrangements. We showed up at 1300 just to drop off luggage and found all the doors locked.”
”Kaikenkaikkiaan hieno hotellikokemus. Isot huoneet, loistava palvelu, erinomainen aamiainen, hienot maisemat. Hotellin sijaitsee melko kaukana keskustasta mutta meitä se ei haitannut kun oli auto. Lisäksi huoneet ovat hyvin varustettu (kelpaa myös pidemmäksi ajaksi) keittiöllä ja kaikissa taisi olla parveke. Kiiwipuita naapurin pihassa ja omenatarhojen ympäröimänä!”
