”We arrived late night but there was easy way to late check-in. Room was good and cleaners visited every day. There are also good connections to Innsbruck and also Wattens (where we visited Crystal world). We were happy to stay at this hotel!”

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although its outside of the city, there are several small towns near by. "Big hotel in beautiful surroundings of Alps. The Grainau town was lovely and in walking distance. Quite much to do at the hotel too. No AC in room. Breakfast was lacking some items / were finished already. Service was ok, but not the friendliest. "

"Lovely hotel with lots of history and cosy atmosphere. A room with garden view and balcony is recommended. I travelled with a large dog and our 6 night stay went smoothly. The breakfast experience is great. Free parking on the streets close by."
