”Lots of parking, clean spacious rooms though older and could use some updates”

”It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. Then we would need additional codes to get into a...

”The room was clean and the staff was nice. Parking is a bit tight and it's off a one way street. Once we were familiar with the area, that wasn't so bad. Lots of traffic but decent place for the price.”

”This hotel was fine in regards to a quiet place to stay, ac worked. Toiletries available were nice. The pool was out of service. There were trash cans outside the stairs that were over flowing, so I’m not sure how often they make their rounds. Our room included a mini fridge and microwave that was helpful for my family. It’s an old space but can see they are working on it to be a nice spot.”

”Very nice and accommodating. We had car trouble, and they were so understanding. The room was big and clean.”

”When we entered the building, the hallway had a musty old smell, which concerned us. However, once we got to our room, it was nice and clean and didn't have any stale smell. The staff from each shift were very pleasant and helpful. The two things to improve would be the smell in the hall ways and the breakfast. The breakfast choices were a bit disappointing. However, the person hosting the breakfast was super friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.”

”Room was not ready for check in at 3pm but we were given a small refund as compensation for the hour delay. Once in the room, there were ants all over the kitchen te and spiders in the bathroom Including one inside the clean towels when we opened it up. While the towels were clean/washes some of the towels had old stains on them that could do not wash out - would probably be best to retire those rather than use them for guests. Rooms were dated and hot. No room darkening shade so it gets bright...
