Whether you're visiting for a weekend, traveling for work, spending time with family, coming to Omaha for medical care, relocating to the area, or settling in for an extended stay, the home is thoughtfully equipped with the everyday conveniences you need to feel at home.

THE SPACE:

**Living Room**
Relax in a bright, comfortable living area with cozy seating, throws, a reading lamp, and a Roku Smart TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home so you can stream, work, or stay connected during your visit.

**Primary Bedroom**
The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed with fresh linens and four pillows, bedside lighting, a dedicated desk/workspace, and a spacious walk-in closet with additional cubby storage. The combination of workspace and storage makes this room especially convenient for business travelers and extended stays.

**Second Bedroom**
The second bedroom features a comfortable full-size bed with fresh linens and four pillows, along with storage space for your belongings.

**Full Kitchen + Dining**
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a full-size refrigerator and freezer, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, baking sheets, knives, cutting boards, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, and basic cooking essentials.

A dining nook with seating for four provides a comfortable place to enjoy meals together.

**Bathroom**
The full bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, fresh towels, hair dryer, starter toiletries, extra toilet paper, and a first-aid kit.

**Laundry**
Enjoy the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer, with laundry detergent and stain remover provided. An iron is also available.

**Outdoor Space**
Step outside onto the small private deck leading directly into the fenced-in side yard. It's a convenient spot to enjoy your morning coffee, get some fresh air, or let your pup spend a little time outside.

**Parking**
Guests have access to a large private garage with an automatic opener, along with additional driveway parking. The garage provides especially convenient protected parking during Omaha's changing weather.

**Entry**
Smart-lock self check-in makes arrival simple and convenient. Your personal access code will be provided prior to check-in.

Please note that stairs are required to enter the home. There is no step-free entrance.

**COMFORT + SAFETY**

The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit.

**PET-FRIENDLY**

Dogs are welcome with a small additional fee! Up to 2 dogs may stay at the property. Dogs must be declared as part of the reservation. Cats are not permitted due to allergies.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds, clean up after them in the yard, and remove excessive pet hair before checkout. Additional cleaning charges may apply when necessary.

**HOUSE GUIDELINES**

• Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–7 a.m.
• No parties or unregistered guests.
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• Please place trash in the appropriate bins and leave dishes rinsed.
• Towels and linens are provided. Please do not use towels for cleaning, makeup removal, or pets. Lost or permanently stained linens may incur a replacement charge.
• Please do not wash pet bedding in the home's washer or dryer or overload the machines.

The home is professionally cleaned between stays. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee, and stays longer than 30 days require a mid-stay cleaning to help maintain the home.
