First room: 1 King Bed
Second room: Twin Bed trundle with a Full Bed and Twin Bed on top.
Third room: 1 Queen Bed

➝ Basement:
1 floor mattress and a full bathroom with a standing shower.

➝ 2.5 Bathrooms:
The one on the 2nd floor has a bathtub.
The one in the basement is a standing shower
First floor: ½ bath

Centrally located in between Dundee, Country Club & Benson.

Please note: As part of our standard process, guests are required to sign a waiver/rental agreement upon booking. This agreement helps ensure clear communication and understanding regarding property use, house rules, and liability. For safety, there's a security camera installed at the front door.
