This 1000 SF 2 bed 1 bath Rancher has been fully renovated with all the original charm. This home features a large living space with an additional kids play area equipped with toys, books, gate, Pack N Play and more. There is a designated work space for you to catch up on emails and study in a separate area of the home. Living room has Roku tv with basic channels and login to your favorite networks to stream your must see TV.
We will have 1 queen bed room and 1 full bed room with a fully equipped bathroom. Inquire for additional quests who can sleep on couches (they do not pull out) or we can provide a blow up mattress easily! Large kitchen and eat in kitchen with access to the backyard. If you LOVE PLANTS and lots of natural light this home sets the mood instantly when you walk in!
Furry Friends are welcome with our HUGE fenced in back yard!

This home is a rancher with a walk in shower so can accommodate those easily with disabilities with minimal steps. Flat driveway with two steps to get into the home. Once you are in it is all one level including sliding glass door and access to backyard deck. This is an older home so the width of the bathroom door is not ADA but bedrooms are easily accessible with walker/wheelchair. Shower is a roll in shower with grab bars. Sunken secondary living room off main living area has grab bars as well.
PET FRIENDLY however We DO NOT ALLOW CATS. Please inquire for more than one pet with size, breed etc. additional fees may apply and put # of pets on inquiry.
We have lots of plants in the space so we ask you open curtains during the day to give the babies light to grow. We might have you water them from time to time.
