The elevator did not work properly. My bed sheets were dirty, and had a cigarette burn hole in them. I found a pubic hair on the toilet seat. There were also chip crumbs under the desk. No safety latch to make sure nobody comes in. The shower curtain needed to be taken down and either thrown away or washed really good. The bathtub, was still dirty. The shower did not work properly. The towels were stained. And they charged extra if you wanted another towel. I will never stay there again

I would not recommend this hotel!! Rooms reek of smoke and I had a "smoke free" room. Pillows inside the pillow cases are yellow and stain, looking 60 years old along with the mattress. Bedding looked as though it was not changed after last guest, they just made the beds up again. Floors and carpets just filthy. Dont stay here if you care at all about cleanliness.

First of all, I had to go downstairs and get a different pillowcases. The pillowcase that I had looked like it had makeup stains on it. It wasn’t until the morning when I went to take my shower there were no hand towels and no wash rags. The bath towel that was there was thread bare, and look like someone had changed their oil with it. I went downstairs to inquire about it and if you wanted extra towels, pillows or blankets, they were five dollars apiece. No way will I be staying at a new Victorian again. Way too cheap.

The worst place to stay. Noticed more of people who are high in drugs; pretty much unsafe. The price is cheap; please don’t fall for the catch. Also the place is very dirty. Will not recommend it for anyone.

The entire property is run down and dirty. The sheets were filthy. We asked for another room since ours had water damaged ceiling tiles and lamps. Second room had a 6 x 6 hole in the carpet and again dirty sheets. No phones in rooms. Fire alarms were unattached and when we asked about it the staff handed us a battery. No closets, no hangers, no place to put clothes or suitcase.Towels were threadbare. No cleaning service even though we were there for 3 nights. We took our dirty towels to front desk to replace. Staff was unresponsive to any questions regarding the condition of the rooms. We would have left, but the City hotels were full due to the BH annual meeting. I would never recommend this hotel.

This property has been renovated to make it look and feel like a regular 5 star hotel. The decor is beautiful and the rooms are like new. There are a few minor things that make my rating just shy of perfect. There is no Kleenex in the room necessitating me placing small roll of toilet paper on my bedside stand to flow my runny nose in. There were no hand towels in the bathroom which made us substitute a wash cloth for one. There was only one washcloth in the bathroom. The orange juice machine in the breakfast room dispensed cold water. The breakfast had waffles and biscuits and gravy which was great, but lacked any fruit or yogurt.

The rooms were very disappointing. The sheets were dirty, the towels had stains on them, there was chips in the toilet seat, the shower was stained, and there were numerous bugs in the room. The breakfast was minimal. The staff was taking a personal phone call while checking us in and didn’t provide information on wifi or breakfast times during check in. The vending machines were not stocked. The bed frames were metal and made clicking noises when two people sat on them. The hotel isn’t close to anything significant.

Honestly, this place was gross to stay at. The towels had brown spots all over them. When I asked hotel staff for new towels since I already used the ones in there the guy got very very upset with me and gave me a dirty towel. He also got upset when I asked for toilet paper. There was also dead bugs in a lot of places, dust everywhere. It was a very unclean place and even the manager was rude. The property also smelled like cigarettes. Definitely never coming back to this place and do NOT recommend anyone to stay here.

Our stay was absolutely nothing that was expected and completely terrible and stressful. When we walked in the room was set to 80 degrees and blasting heat and due to this the room was musty and humid - The bathroom in our room was filled with mold and our sheets and pillowcases had yellow stains. This is a health hazard to all and this hotel should be shut down. DO NOT STAY here
