Tervetuloa kotiimme! Perheemme on asunut tässä talossa lähes kaksikymmentä vuotta, ja olemme niin innoissamme voidessamme jakaa kotimme vieraiden kanssa! Trevor on vain puhelun tai tekstin päässä, joten ilmoita hänelle, jos voimme tehdä jotain, jotta vierailustasi tulisi mahdollisimman mukavaa!

Avaruus - iso ja viihtyisä kaksikerroksinen käsityöläinen, talomme sijaitsee kauniin Field Club Omahan sydämessä. Avoin pääkerroksen suunnitelma, päivitetty keittiö ja olohuoneen peruskorjaus sekoittaen täydellisesti vanhaa ja uutta. Siellä on neljä erillistä makuuhuonetta, 2. 5 kylpyhuonetta ja runsaasti tilaa levittää yli 7 sohvalla.

Vieras pääsy - Koko talo on vapaasti käytettävissä lukuun ottamatta kellarin vanhaa osaa, jonka lukitsemme ja käytämme varastointiin. Pidämme myös autotalli lukittuna. Muuta kuin, ota rohkeasti tutustua muuhun kotiimme! Auta itseäsi ruoanlaitossa keittiössä ja kylpytuotteiden kylpytuotteissa.

Vuorovaikutus vieraiden kanssa - Minimi vuorovaikutus vieraiden kanssa, emme halua olla lainkaan häiritseviä. Asumme kuitenkin vain minuutin päässä, joten olemme käytettävissä tarvittaessa.

Muita huomioitavia asioita - Pysäköi talon takaosaan, kiitos siitä, että pidämme kaikki kadun ulkopuolella. On edullista, jos vieraat saapuvat takaoven kautta. Autotallissa on takana riittävän suuri kolmelle autolle tarkoitettu pysäköintialue, josta pääsee kujan kautta.

Kaupunginosakatsaus - Field Club on naapurustossa sijaitseva Omaha keskusta, vain muutaman minuutin päässä keskustasta, Midtown Crossingistä ja Blackstone-alueista. Kaunis kävelymatka monilta puistoilta ja poluilta. Jokainen katu on sisustettu katossa puilla ja viktoriaanisella kuistilla. Se on kauniisti kävelykelpoinen naapurusto, joka on täynnä luonnetta ja charmia.

Liikkuminen - keskeisellä paikalla - nopea ajomatka mille tahansa kaupunkialueelle, valtioiden välisellä vain muutaman korttelin itään. 5 minuutin päässä Omahan keskustasta ja Old Marketista. 5-7 minuutin päässä eläintarhasta.

Fun weekend
We enjoyed the different spaces in the house. There were no instructions for the entertainment system and the stairs were not level and very slick. I would suggest a handrail coming down from the attic, we had a fall down the attic steps on the last day.

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood
The house had plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with dishes/cookware so we were able to prepare all of our meals. The neighborhood was perfect for walking around with a nearby park too.

Okay, but could have been better
Pretty historic home, but it could have been a better experience. No towels/washcloths until 11pm when owner got off work and put on the front porch. Found linen for futon bed in a different room in closet after communicating with owner twice. There was a basket full of dirty bed linen (from previous renters?) in the bottom of closet and futon linen wadded up in cubby. Owner did apologize for the delay on getting the towels to us. The inside of refrigerator was dirty but the rest of the kitchen was clean. The top floor bedroom was warm even with the window air conditioner and a fan. However, the grandkids had a lot of fun sleeping together in the large room with several beds!

Needs Improvements Badly
We had pretty high expectations for this place for the price we paid but ended up completely disappointed. This home is not kept up (dryer didn't work so no laundry which wasn't explained until just before check-in and wasn't solved at all during our stay, no towels for showers when we checked in after long day of flying, multiple bedroom doors didn't latch/close, doorknobs fell off, no working lights in the SUPER dark stairway with uneven steps, and many more issues). We were bummed by this experience and wouldn't suggest other families rent this property until significant upgrades are made so you can enjoy your experience.

Communication with manager was horrible.
He double-booked us and tried to cancel as we tried to check in. We eventually got into the uncleaned house, thanks to his mom, and we received a partial refund. The house is very good for the price, and a great neighborhood. But beware if he does not respond to your messagges.

This house was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room for all the extended family that was meeting up for a couple days to enjoy Omaha. The location was great for the activities we were doing during our stay. The hosts were responsive to anything we needed. Thank you!!

March Madness
This property was a great location and located in a beautiful neighborhood. There was a park nearby where we walked our dog. My friends and I stayed in the house the 2nd weekend of March Madness and the kitchen/family room was perfect to watch the games in and hang out. The bathrooms were newly renovated and nice. We were a little disappointed by the bedrooms and the beds. The beds were small and the bed frames were worn and old. The dining room, living room, and attic were dusty and we found trash from prior occupants in different areas. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Clean but needs upkeeps and repairs!
The home was mostly clean and in a safe neighborhood. No wifi connection or password was provided, we had to ask for this. The upstairs shower/bathtub was not usable - the drain was so plugged the contents bubbled back up and the shower curtain continued to fall down. The owner did offer to call a plumber but our stay was short so we just used the other tiny shower, all 6 of us. There was a note in the guest book stating the tub wasn't draining from January - but it hadn't been addressed. The garbage container cabinet did not work, so the garbage was always out in the open unless you used a chair to keep it closed. The dishwasher soap dispenser was broken - there was a threat of fines if you didn't put clean dishes away in the cabinet but the dishwasher didn't actually function properly which was why dishes would be dirty. Lastly, there were mice in the attic ceiling. The attic is advertised as sleeping quarters for 4-5 people. This area was not nearly as clean as the rest of the house (needed to be vacuumed) and the mice/creatures in the attic were audible all day and night. We texted the owner of this on the way out and never got so much as an apology for this situation. Definitely would not recommend to stay unless all of these things were addressed of which I have no indication that is the case.

We booked a few days out before our stay. The manager was very accommodating when we needed to come in a day early. Our stay was great. We had plenty of room to have a few people over and be able to visit. Thank you Trevor for everything!
