The house is tucked away in the quiet Lake Cunningham Hills neighborhood of Omaha. It is a beautiful, safe, walkable part of the city. Lots of sidewalks, shaded with mature trees. It is close enough to the interstate to make getting anywhere in Omaha quick and easy, but far enough that you wouldn't even know the interstate was close.

The house has four bedrooms with queen beds in each, and three bathrooms, one of which is a full bathroom (with tub), while the other has a shower only. The last bathroom only has a toilet (located in the basement laundry room). The fifth bed is a futon couch that opens up into a twin sized bed.

We have a Schlage keyless lock so you can get in and out anytime at your convenience. No need to share a key among the group. Everyone in your group has the freedom to come and go as they please.

The driveway is large enough for six cars. There is also ample street parking, on the south side of the street.

There are two exterior cameras on the property: one at the front door and one at the back. They’re there for safety and peace of mind. There are no cameras inside the house — your privacy matters, and we respect it.

We keep the house clean and stocked with a few complimentary basics, including some food items. Feel free to use them, but please do so at your own discretion. If you'd rather stick to what you bring, that’s perfectly fine too.
