"Teen työkseni paljon tapahtumia eri maissa ja hotelleissa. Oman ja Al Bustan Palace yllättivät minut erittäin positiivisesti! Itse hotelli alueineen on aivan henkeäsalpaava ja sen henkilökunta osaavaa, lämminhenkisiä ja aina valmiina auttamaan. Jo ennen kuin ehdin kysyä. Yksi maailman parhaista hotelleista joissa olen vieraillut."

"The hotel in itself was quite good. Good services, gym, steam sauna, good breakfast, cleaniness of the rooms was good. Would not perhaps attest to the hotel being 5 stars, due to its relatively far from everything location (for a non-business travelling tourist). One bigger minus was that the hotels receptionist booked us a tour, for which there was a booked pick-up, and promised a message upon arrival. Since the tour would have started at 7:30(am) we woke up significantly earlier, and never heard from the tour operator nor the receptionist desk. Apparently got cancelled due to weather conditions - but bad communication nevertheless. It also seems that the hotel staff does not communicate with each other since our laundry bill didnt come to the reception. Thank you nevertheless for accomodating us. "
