”The staff were helpful. And the view was beautiful. Unfortunately, the room and the building is very rundown! And the bathroom is not very clean.”

”I was travelling with my family. Room was big enough to host four persons. Location was not the best as there was nothing close to hotels. However, it is very close to lake and we enjoyed a nice walk on the beach. Good hotel, but quite expensive ”

”Recent stay at Pullman Rototrua...it was not a five-star experience. Average amenities, location, the view of the lake from the superior room was blotted by views into a concrete office block. It felt disappointing and over-priced. Redeeming features: the King bed was comfortable, and the waterfall shower was great.”

”Great location, close to beach and cafes, very tidy room and well equipped kitchen, only downfall I would mention was there was construction in opposite building directly outside our balcony and spanned one side of the entire property that was very noisy and they where pouring tar (or something very Similar) which smelt very bad and we had to keep all doors closed as the smell would become unbearable, we would not have booked if we knew this level of construction was happening outside our...

”The hotel room was ok. It was enough big and had everything we needed. But the whole hotel needs to be updated. It seems that it is stuck at 80's. Everything is ok, but shabby. Cannot recommend breakfast. ”

”The property was cozy, the staff was helpful, and accommodating. The rooms and areas were very cleaned and maintained well. Would love to stay here again. We enjoyed the lakeside hot tub as well that was very clean although the light there looks like it needs to be replaced. Would be a great spot for large groups as well.”
