Great location close to Redwoods and Luge.Excellent communication to and from Emma. One thing always bugs me about properties - a ragbag assortment of coat hangers! But that's the only niggle! ”

”We needed a house on this side of Rotorua for a mixed group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. This mix of beds was perfect for us, saves sharing with a teenager!!!!Was very quiet with a fantastic outlook ”

”Nice sized rooms and good facilities and utensils, however the place was a bit shoddy and looks far better in the photos than real life. Standards of cleaning were also not what I would expect. Imagine the house would be very cold in winter. Views were lovely. Walk to town in about 20/30 minutes. ”
