”Great staff and food. Funny layout in our room - had to move the couch to watch TV. The worst thing on a stinking hot day was the warm beer in the bar! Would stay again.”

”An old work camp from the 1960s (?), now with a big commercial kitchen, lounge, & individual bedrooms, some with bunkbeds, others with a double bed. It serves its purpose, but definitely not posh!”

”My husband and I had a magical night at the lodge. The attention to detail started the moment we stepped in with welcome drinks (non-alcoholic option available) and handmade chocolates in the shape of rocks. The view outside our room was out of this world. The dinner (included in our room rate) was world class - inventive and high quality ingredients. The breakfast the next morning had several options to choose from. One of our most special stays!”

Binoculars and a telescope were even provided to look over the surrounding landscape. We were lucky enough to have clear skies during the nights and we're treated to a fantastic star viewing.
