Villa Salt/Stone was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style that will delight you at first glance. It offers its guests 200 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 550 m2. It is only 100 metres from the nearest clean and clear Adriatic Sea, which is an excellent opportunity to swim in the sea in addition to the pool and enjoy with the little ones. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Guests will be divided into 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are located on the upper floor, while the fourth room is located on the ground floor. All the listed rooms have double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers and also contain a TV. The rooms have a balcony with seating where you can relax and drink your morning coffee while enjoying the sea view.



On the ground floor, there is a living room where you can rest on the couch, and there is also a coffee table and a TV. Right next to the living room, there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and a modern kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. As part of the kitchen, there is also a bar with 3 bar stools.



The outdoor terrace will delight you thanks to the heated pool of 34 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. Next to it, you will sunbathe on 8 deckchairs, read your favourite book or have fun with family and friends. On the terrace, there is an outdoor covered dining table with 8 seats and two bar stools, and next to them is a summer kitchen and a gas grill, where you can prepare delicious traditional Dalmatian meals for the whole family.



The luxury that is close at hand is represented by the sauna and jacuzzi, where you can relax and unwind in peace. Lovers of an active holiday will be delighted with the room, which contains several basic exercise equipment and a punching bag.



Additional features of Villa Salt/Stone include a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Also, there are 2 separate toilets, as well as a feeder and a cot.



The villa is completely fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces.
