The dining area provides space for 4 people, in the living area SAT-TV, sideboard, coffee table and air conditioning invite you to relax. Complete darkening ensures restful nights.



The covered south balcony (6 m²) allows private moments with a view of the glittering sea and the green surroundings. Equipped with a table, chairs, awning, and clothes horse, it is perfect for breakfasts or relaxed evenings.



The flat is located in a quiet, idyllic residential area, surrounded by plenty of greenery. Restaurants, supermarkets and cafés can be conveniently reached on foot, the town centre is only 2 km away.
