Just 300m from the beach and close to local amenities, this four-bedroom villa is ideally positioned for exploring nearby towns like Omiš, Brela and Makarska, as well as natural landmarks like Mount Biokovo.

Outdoors, the villa features a heated 4m x 4m pool, a hot tub overlooking the ocean, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a shaded dining area with an electric barbecue. A comfortable lounge corner provides the perfect spot to unwind while taking in the panoramic views.

Inside, guests enjoy a spacious air-conditioned living area with TV and PS4, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining table seating eight. A family bathroom and laundry room add further convenience.

Accommodation includes two upstairs king-size en-suite bedrooms with balconies and sea views, a third en-suite twin bedroom, and a fourth king-size room on the lower floor with direct access to the pool terrace.

Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
