”Arrived for check-in and we (along with multiple others) were told our room was not ready and was not given an ETA of when it would be and when asked staff member was very rude and defensive saying they had been full to capacity the night before and couldn’t say what time to expect only the cleaning staff was doing their best. ”The hotel is conveniently located right next to the AirPort. They have a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off. The woman behind the front desk went out of way to leave the hotel to pick us up herself when we called at a moments notice. We got dropped off at 4 A.M. same thing, the front desk clerk loaded us up and brought us over - Very accommodating! Welcome reception in the evening and breakfast in the morning was great. Pickup to the Casino was convenient also! Great Choice.”

”Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. They are working on repairing the pool and some technology issues like key cards not working on doors for the sides to get back in instead of going around to the front. ”
