Wow where do I start. I rented 2 rooms. One room has carpet which it’s very nasty and coming up near the front door. The chair that is in there is stain or not washed. There’s writing on the wall. The pillows are flat like pancakes. There was also a roach crawling on the wall. The second room has laminate floors which look nice. Behind the door the wall has a huge spot that is peeling, the lamp is broken and taped up, some of the lights don’t work, tv halfway doesn’t work, area where the laminate floor changes to tile doesn’t have a separated. You can see broken concrete under it. These pillows are also flat as pancakes. The air/heating units look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Toilet has trouble flushing. So to top it off they only gave me 1 room keep to each room. My brother was on his way down from New York and was going to sleep with my son in one of the rooms. My son ended up falling asleep and is a sound sleeper. Here it is 2:30 am and we are trying to get him to wake up. Eventually we went to the desk and they made us a key card. The phones in the room don’t even work. We were going to try and call the other room. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels but this is by far the worst I’ve stayed in
