This newly renovated apartment offers beautiful grey vinyl plank flooring. "Pitcher's Paradise Apt 3" is a second level (fully air- conditioned) 2 bedroom apartment with a eat-in kitchen, small balcony looking over Neawah Park, living room with a 50" smart TV and one full bath. One bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and the other bedroom has a full-sized bed. Each with a 30"-42" wall mounted smart TV as well. Enjoy the fully fenced in back yard with picnic tables and a grill. For families / friends that wish to group together, “Pitcher's Paradise Apt 1” is on the first floor and sleeps 6 and "Pitcher's Paradise Apt 2" is on the second floor that sleeps 2.



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Both tournaments; Cooperstown All Star Village and Cooperstown Dreams Park are now running on different 6-night schedules.

This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.

We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.

Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.

No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.

Each apartment has separate keys. Washer/Dryer is in the first floor back foyer for laundry. This driveway is shared with Pitcher's Paradise Apt 1 and Pitcher's Paradise Apt 2 with plenty of parking for multiple cars. There is also free street parking as well, just be mindful of the street signs.



The Neighborhood:

Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.



Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820



Just a short walk away from the restaurants and nightlife on Main Street, gives Pitcher's Paradise an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".
