”We were really happy with our 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The food is good, rooms are comfortable with adequate amenities. The Bonfire on the misty and cold evenings were welcome - the evening 5 PM TEA Tasting was a warm touch. Overall, very happy with our choice. ”

”Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit”

”A great escape with great service. A bit out of town away from the noisy traffic, set in gorgeous surroundings. The room was very large and clean and beds were comfortable. Felt like 5 star. The bar and food options were good. Altogether a great stay where our every need was met.”

”Rooms were not cleaned, even the bed sheets and linen were not changed. Bathroom was very dirty too with sides of sink broken. On top of this there was no water in the bathroom in the morning.”
