The Apartment is situated on the first floor of the apartment house, – in a quiet neighborhood above Icici Beach, and close to the lovely Lungomare Promenade. The advantages of this vacation property are numerous, for example the panoramic view you can enjoy from the rooftop swimming pool. All the things you can see from distance are famous tourist attractions or destinations which are reachable within an hour from Opatija. The flat has 2 furnished bedrooms, a modern bathroom, big closets, a full equipped kitchen with a dish washer. The living room is very roomy and provides lots of daylight because of the big glass doors leading to the 12m2 balcony.

It is a 3 minute ride down to the beach or to the famous Lungomare promenade and 10 minutes on foot & going back home uphill it is around 15-20 minutes. Opatija is reachable in 10 minutes by car and famous beaches like Medveja or Moscenicka draga are reachable within 15 minutes.
