We are pleased to welcome you as guests in our little piece of paradise. Beautifully located in the Kvarner Bay above Lovran, our house is right on the edge of the Učka with a unique sea view. The high-quality furnished holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy the beautiful view during breakfast or dinner from the terrace or from our infinity pool, and relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in this tranquility, yet only 10 minutes from the sea. The beautiful old town of Lovran and Opatija invite you to stroll, and the Učka offers extensive hiking opportunities, as well as cycling; many recreational activities are possible here. Autumn, winter, and spring are also worth a visit, as the house is equipped with a cozy pellet stove, there is TV in every room, and of course, there's the opportunity to enjoy the sea view from our balcony.Naturally, there is the possibility to enjoy the sea view from our sauna or the jacuzzi. Dogs are welcome at any time, and the property is fenced. There are many opportunities here for dogs to play and frolic.
