”The night shift desk was extremely helpful, I wish I could remember her name; I checked in on June 16th. The only subpar part of my stay came from the the drunken couple in the room next to me who woke me up when they returned from the lounge around 1:30 am, This is where the Rockstar night desk helped settle things down without any drama or fuss. She deserves a raise!”

”This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. I didn't have breakfast, but I passed the area it was in, and it looked nice. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn. (I was in town for an event in Murrysville and I chose to go...

”Nothing bad”

”The rooms were lovely and clean. They were just remodeled. The staff was great and friendly, she recommended a local chain restaurant to us that was super. The remote would not activate/turn on the TV in my room, 609. There was remodeling in the lobby, as well, that was not noted on the website. Overall though, our stay was pleasant and I would stay there again when in the area. And I would recommend this property to my friends/family.”

”Wouldn’t know specifically emailed the facility in advance to verify we could check in after midnight due to our flight times. Got there to check in at 3:45 am and was told after midnight we are late, no check in after midnight and no refunds. But if I wanted I could pay another $250 to sleep from 3:45 am to 10 am?!?!? WHAT?!? So essentially $500 for 6 hours. Unacceptable. Side note the guys who kept driving us back and forth from the airport to the hotel were fantastic.”

”We had to switch rooms immediately as TV didn't work. Then 2nd room AC wasn't working so had to have maintenance come. Front desk staff and maintenance and breakfast staff were all great. The hotel is attached to casino with some terrific restaurants that we couldn't try as my son isn't 21, yet and we would need to pass through the casino to access restaurants. Hotel constantly smells like smoke everywhere - can't escape it. But it's close to stadium which is all I cared about mainly.”
