”Property was amazing, staff amazing, we had Pops as a driver and he’s highly recommended to request he knows so much about Jamaica and it’s almost like a tour driving to and from the airport
Only thing I have is only 1 restraint open for dinner, they could rotate the menus or have more specials, same thing every night
Besides the food we will be back for sure, so relaxing and beautiful environment!!!! 5 stars!!”

”Still very new so there wasn’t a lot of stuff and we were the only people on the property so the service wasn’t the best in terms of quality. The property was clean but maybe a little unkept because of the lack of traction/traffic. Felt safe ”

”The staff and amenities were good, but we have given this property a five star rating for its location, setting and vibe. It is further down the coast from the big gated resorts and is close to the white river. If you’re independently minded and like doing your own thing - perhaps with a rental car as we had, or even if you don’t- then this offers more freedom than a mega resort . ”Saga Palma Hotel was a great place to stay. I really enjoyed the authentic Jamaican breakfast each morning, and the hospitality from the staff was excellent throughout.

”The Expedia confirmation of my reservation stated that a deposit had been charged to my card. This turned out to be incorrect, they had just placed a hold on my card. This led to an issue on check-in when I was asked to pay the full price of the stay when I was expecting only to pay the balance.
