The view was great, we loved having the option of the lazy river and the beach. The 9th floor was perfect, we didn't have to wait on elevators too long. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay! We will do it again.

Condo was fantastic - we will be back!

The condo was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We've stayed in several units in this building and this was our favorite. Parking on the 9th floor made it very easy to load and unload our groceries and bags. We will definitely be back!

A great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our only concern is that toilets are very low to floor and toilet water pressure is not very high. As we get older taller toilets are very much appreciated.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought the living room area could have been cleaner. There were crumbs and food on the center table in the living area when we arrived. Couches were well used. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Over all satisfied with our stay and would return. Only minors complaints were upon arrival it was obvious the floor had not been mopped. Feet/socks that were clean were soon dirty so that was disappointing. The cord situation is definitely a tripping hazard in the living area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Very Poor

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The fact that my 85 year old had to walk up 8 flights of stairs to get back to our condo when the weather fowled or wait at least 2 hours for an elevator was the last time for this place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the condo. The amenities and location were perfect, not to mention the view from the windows. We loved being able to be in the kitchen and looking out to the water. The condo was very clean, and when we had a minor issue with the microwave not working, they were very prompt to bring us a loaner and place an order for a new one once they realized the one in the condo had gone out. Will definitely be back!

Great Beach Vacay Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in Phoenix properties in Orange Beach and this condo was a great example: right on the beach, several pool options, parking garage, secure property. Management was prompt to replace a light bulb, no other issues during our stay. The master suite is fabulous - so much room! And it was a bonus to have a full bath in the hall. Other bedrooms also had full baths. We spent time on the balcony watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. Condo was clean, furnishings nice, and kitchen stocked with everything you would need. We would stay here again.

Great Condo!...with Broken Elevators

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was beautiful. Right on the beach with quick access.....erhm I'm sorry, what should have been quick access if it wasn't for the awful, broken and tragic elevator system. I canNOT recommend this condominium due to it's terrible elevator system and premium prices. We will NOT be coming back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The internet/wifi service was terrible. Made it almost impossible to get any work done. The dust and odors in the garage were very bad.

Just as described

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as described. Spacious and clean. We had beautiful views of the sunrise from the balcony. Parking was easy and the elevators were speedy. The only downside was the outside pool area. Some chairs were coming apart, the pool was dirty every day and the lazy river floor and sides had some sort of algae or something frowning. We just avoided it and stayed at the beach.
