Sijainti, sijainti, sijainti !! Tämä laite sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla 9. kerroksessa, jossa voit pysäköidä vain muutaman askeleen päässä laitteen etuovelta ja välttää hissiä!


Ole ensimmäinen rentoutua ja nauttimaan lomastasi kauniisti sisustetussa, ammattimaisesti sisustetussa kolmen makuuhuoneen, neljän kylpy-huoneistoon. Tämän huoneiston sisustuksessa ei ollut mitään kustannuksia, 60 "HD-televisiossa olohuoneessa, 55" masterssä, 48 "toisessa makuuhuoneessa ja 48" plat-paneelin seinälle tv: n kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa.



Tultaessasi et voi auttaa, mutta anna huokaus ja anna huolesi mennä, kun rentoudut tämän 2000 m²: n huoneisto. Sinun ja perheesi / ystävien ei tarvitse pysyä avainten mukana loman aikana! Meillä on myös 3br yksikkö vain 4 asunnot alas samalle kerrokselle!



Nauti uimasta suuressa laiska-joessa, kun taas lapset viettävät tunteja nauttimassa vesiliukumäestä. Lämmitetty uima-allas on täydellinen niille viileämmille päiville. Lähellä sisäuima-allas löytyy suuri nykytaiteen kuntosali. Sinulla on autotalli autotallissa.



Pysäköinti: Sinun täytyy ostaa pysäköintilupia saapumisen yhteydessä, ne ovat kertaluonteinen maksu 28 dollaria ajoneuvoa kohden. Kaikki Phoenix West II: n vuokraamasi 3br-yksiköt takaavat, että voit ostaa enintään kaksi pysäköintikulkua. Vastaanotossa myydään ylimääräisiä kulkulupia kompleksin käyttöasteen mukaan, mutta älä odota, että vastaanotto myy ylimääräisiä kulkuneuvoja kesäkaudella.

The view was great, we loved having the option of the lazy river and the beach. The 9th floor was perfect, we didn't have to wait on elevators too long. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay! We will do it again.

Condo was fantastic - we will be back!

The condo was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We've stayed in several units in this building and this was our favorite. Parking on the 9th floor made it very easy to load and unload our groceries and bags. We will definitely be back!

Over all satisfied with our stay and would return. Only minors complaints were upon arrival it was obvious the floor had not been mopped. Feet/socks that were clean were soon dirty so that was disappointing. The cord situation is definitely a tripping hazard in the living area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We loved being able to be in the kitchen and looking out to the water. The condo was very clean, and when we had a minor issue with the microwave not working, they were very prompt to bring us a loaner and place an order for a new one once they realized the one in the condo had gone out. Will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: We love staying in Phoenix properties in Orange Beach and this condo was a great example: right on the beach, several pool options, parking garage, secure property. Management was prompt to replace a light bulb, no other issues during our stay. The master suite is fabulous - so much room! And it was a bonus to have a full bath in the hall. Other bedrooms also had full baths. We spent time on the balcony watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. Condo was clean, furnishings nice, and kitchen stocked with everything you would need. We would stay here again.

The tv in the family room kept freezing or the screen would go black. only a few floors of the parking garage were available for use due to concrete maintenance and painting. The dust and odors in the garage were very bad.

Parking was easy and the elevators were speedy. The only downside was the outside pool area. Some chairs were coming apart, the pool was dirty every day and the lazy river floor and sides had some sort of algae or something frowning. We just avoided it and stayed at the beach.
