North side master also has a king bed with a private balcony, it also includes a oversized chair that folds out to a twin bed. One interior bedroom has a king bed, 4th bedroom has a bunk bed that has a full on the bottom and twin on top. Living room has a couch bed.

We do not provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.

Trash Chutes are located by the stairwells on each floor
No parties/events. No smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
Parking : Condo has one numbered spot and other spots are first come first serve. Two parking passes are provided for each rental.
Security must be able to see the parking pass or the vehicle will be towed
You may park in any open/unreserved parking space
Parking pass will be in unit upon arrival and must be placed in vehicle upon arrival.
