Tämä Phoenix East II: n premium-huoneisto on päivitetty kokonaan. Graniittilaskurit kaikkialla, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, kaksinkertaiset nieluja master-turhamaisuusalueella. Suuret taulutelevisiot jokaisessa huoneessa 40 '(toinen bdrm) 46' (master bdrm), 55 'Samsung Smart Tv olohuoneessa. Kaksi king size-vuodetta ja kuningatar vuodesohva.
Ilmainen WiFi ja Blu-ray-soitin.
Tämä on vähän tiheä rakennus, joten hissi

We hadva few issurs atnthe Condo.1. One roll of toilet tissue is inadequate. I was told we had to buy our own after the 1st roll was gone. This is a chincy policy considering all the "additional" charges by BR. At least orivide 2 per bathroom! Common Brett R, TP us less than 1 per roll.2. The outflow of the bathtub faucet in 2nd bath room was very slow, low glow and low pressure. That shower also had low pressure. The toilet sest in that br was loose.3. Kitchen sink/ dishwasher - water backed up from the sink with garbage disposal into the dishwasher and overflowed in the floor. Maintenance guys came on 2 evenings. One said the water going into the garbage disposal overflows into the top hose that goes to the dishwasher . As a result of these, we did not use the dishwasher.Other than those issues, the inconvenience of the water on the floor & having to be there for the maintanance guys the condo was good.

Detailed directions for checkin need to be communicated to renters. We got to site and no front desk. Then were told to go to condo next door to check in. Then were told we had to go to Phoenix 7 to check in. We finally got in our room. Sheets are horrible…feel like plastic. No WiFi when we got there had to call to get that fixed. No remote for tv…had to plug and unplug from back of tv to get on and off. No way to control volume. Beach was beautiful.

Condo and location are wonderful - but be aware that nothing is provided. Not a salt/pepper shaker; no mini shampoo; not a single roll of tp besides the one on the holder; one trash bag; one single dishwasher pod & no dish soap — yet guest is required to wash and put away all dishes for check out. Several outlets don’t work and the WiFi is open network and very weak/slow, so be aware if you will need the internet for work/life. :) Also, invoice from Property Mgmt company was 500 less than what we had to pay thru VRBO (after paying VRBO, we received an invoice from Prop Mgmt co. with the significantly lesser amount).

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, bright, and incredibly clean beachfront condo! The space felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It was so nice to be right on the beach without dealing with crowds—everything felt peaceful and relaxing. The elevators were impressively fast (a big plus!), and the host, Melanie, was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable beach getaway!

The condo is exactly as described. It is very clean and has basic amenities. The parking situation was confusing at first, but you just pull in to the Phoenix East lot and then you can turn in to Phoenix East II from there. We arrived after 5 pm so all of the parking passes and armbands were waiting for us in the room. Also, you don’t have to have a code for the pool. There’s a pull gate just to the right of the coded gate. We didn’t catch that the first night because it was so dark when we went downstairs. Beds were comfy. The couch is a PERFECT napping couch after a day on the beach! The balcony was nice. You can see /hear your neighbors on their balconies around you, but everyone kept to theirselves, so it wasn’t a big deal at all. The host was great at communicating and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Blakey Family Easter Getaway

We stayed in Phoenix East during the Easter weekend. Check in at the front desk, get your package and you are on your way to bliss. Let me start by saying the Condo was very clean and well stocked. Just to mention both king sized beds were so comfortable, a couple of days we took afternoon naps with the glass doors open. The pictures don’t give this place due justice. It had exceeded our expectations in every respect.There was plenty of parking space, the elevators worked like clockwork, and everything was well maintained. The master bedroom is right on the ocean. When you lay on the bed looking through the glass doors, it looks like you are on a cruise ship. For those of you with families and may do some cooking, the cookware was titanium coated. The best cookware I have used in a rental property. Personally, this ole boi likes to cook. The kitchen was well stocked for 6-people.The host responded within minutes of my emails and always responded. The only thing I didn’t like was the 50.00 cost per vehicle during your stay. But considering the amount we were charged for 3-days; I didn’t mind paying this. Plus, they have security. This place is a slice of heaven, and it was very peaceful in the building. All I can say is we are definitely going back, but with a longer stay.
