  • **Tämän asuinkompleksin parvekkeiden kunnostustyöt alkavat 8. syyskuuta 2026 ja kestävät 14. toukokuuta 2027 asti. Rakennustyöt koko majoituspaikan alueella aiheuttavat melua, tärinää ja pölyä. Ulkouima-allas ja vesileikkipaikka ovat suljettuina talvikuukausina**

    Lapsesi voivat nauttia uudesta, 1300 sq. ft. suuruisesta Karibian merirosvoaiheisesta vesileikkipaikasta alakerrassa uima-altaan vieressä. Alueella on merirosvopurjevene ja laivan keula, joissa on viistot suihkut ja vesitykki, rantaan ajautuneen veneen vesiliukumäki, palmu, josta putoaa vettä sisältäviä banaaneja, sekä pieni tulppaanikukka-suihku. Voit katsoa kuvia vesipuistosta asunnon diaesityksen lopusta. Se pitää pienet vesipäät varmasti kiireisinä koko loman ajan.



    Phoenix V on yksi Gulf Coastin rentouttavimmista huoneistokomplekseista. On syy, miksi useammat lomailijat majoittuvat tähän huoneistoon kuin mihinkään muuhun Orange Beachillä.



    Sinulle ja perheellesi ei ole parempaa majoituspaikkaa kuin Phoenix V. Tarjolla on runsaasti aktiviteetteja, kuten kuntosali, racquetball-kenttä, sauna, sisäuima-allas, porealtaat, tenniskentät, koripallokenttä ja ulkouima-allas. Siellä on jopa mukava huvimaja, jonka alla voit rentoutua grillatessasi.



    Tule rentoutumaan tilavalle kulmaparvekkeelle, josta avautuu henkeäsalpaava näkymä Meksikonlahdelle, tai nuku päämakuuhuoneen suuressa king-size-sängyssä. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi täysikokoista vuodetta ja olohuoneessa vuodesohva. Patjamme uusittiin helmikuussa 2024, ja kaikissa huoneissa on SMART-televisiot! Sijaintimme on kätevä: lähellä on ravintoloita ja ruokakauppoja, eikä outlet-ostoskeskuksiin ole pitkä matka.

Excellent place to stay!! The view was amazing and everything we needed was provided! The only thing that was missing was the indoor pool as they were doing maintenance work. We would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the condo we stayed in. It was perfect location and took care of everything we needed with the exception of the washer and dryer. It took 2 different cycles to wash the clothes and the dryer took forever to dry the clothes (especially towels). I personally expected to have more towel than we actually had.

Family Time

Such a great time. Beds were super comfortable!!Loved the location. Pools clean. The splash pad floor needs to be resurfaced. My grandchildren kept falling.But the condo was amazing!!! Very Clean!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very convenient and perfect for our moms and kids spring break trip. Room was at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor and a short walk to the beach. The rooms didnt look as nice as the pictures, but nothing wrong with them. The master bathroom had some issues though... you can where hooks had fallen off the wall, shower curtain wasn’t the best, and we were notified of a water leak below us from our tub. Over all I would recommend, but it does need a little updating.

Mini Vacay in May

We had a 3 night mini vacation Mother's Day weekend . The condo was perfect fit for our family of 5 adults and a 2 year old. The condo was decorated very nice and was very clean. Kitchen well stocked . Beds were all comfy. Balcony was nice with great beachfront view. Stairs right by condo came in handy when elevators running slow. Overall had a great stay!

Not the best condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo needs serious repair & renovation. Refrigerator needs replacement. NO PANTRY. Difficulty finding space for groceries.Window shades were awful and did not close properly. The 2 recliners were well worn and also need replacement. Washer & dryer were difficult to operate. Of the 4 TV’s in condo only one had the right remote control. We only watched TV in the master bedroom. At least the air conditioner was working properly.

Great location!

We stayed here and found the condo to be as described. Unfortunately the ceiling fan in the master did not work and the ice maker did not keep up with 3 adults and 3 children just for drinks. There was some mold in the guest shower but overall the condo was nice! It was in a great location and the kids very much enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and condo size were great the unit REALLY needs an update, new rugs, new couch (has stains all over it). Bed skirts are all ripped.

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect with a stunning view of the ocean, and it was super easy to access. The room was clean and well maintained, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Close to Walmart and had some great restaurants around to choose from. The only downside was the second bathroom — it was really small and tough for our group of 4 to share, two of which are small children who need assistance in the bathroom. It was tight during these times. One family got the master bedroom with a good-sized bathroom and vanity, while the other family shared the smaller bathroom. It wasn’t ideal, but we made it work. This was really the only complaint we had about the place. (Party total of 7 between both families) Overall, it was a great stay! Just be aware that the second bathroom is much tighter than the photos suggest.

The condo was very nice and just as described. The only issue I had was with check-in. I did receive an email a few days prior as promised in the listing, but the door code to access the condo was never included. While we were driving there, I kept checking my email and text messages, but the code was never recieved. Once I arrived, I called the number provided, and the lady who answered was wonderful—she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got in.I also reported two small areas that needed attention because I didn’t want to be charged for damages that weren’t mine. One cabinet was coming off the hinges, and there was a small spot of minor wall damage near the indoor balcony door. I sent pictures and video as proof. She immediately offered to send maintenance, but I told her it could wait. I really appreciated her responsiveness and kindness.Overall, the condo was great, the area was nice and I would definitely book it again. We left it just like we found it… spotless and immaculate. I highly recommend.
