Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. This is your ideal vacation getaway.

The bed was uncomfortable, the shower curtain had mold, the bathroom towel rack was broken, the bathroom tub pipe was dripping. It was clean except the mold and close to beach which was nice. Check-in was smooth and they were responsive to comments and concern.

The view and location to the beach was wonderful, but the condo itself was sub-par. Everything was very old and the cabinets were falling apart. The curtains in the small bedroom were falling off and there were no blackout curtains, so my kids couldn’t sleep. Since the curtain rod was broken, we couldn’t put a blanket up or anything to keep the light out. There was also blood on one of the bedspreads a when we arrived. The pictures of the inside were very deceiving, and I would never pay that price again for this unit.

Wonderful Unit!!

Love the unit! It has an L shaped balcony with all rooms but bath having a sliding glass door! The decor was nice! Very clean!! I will definitely come back to this unit. Thank you !

Perfect spring break location!

We had the best time staying here. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The beach was beautiful with the softest white sand and warm water. Our entire crew enjoyed playing in the surf and swimming in the pool. Location couldn’t be beat- close to everything. We even got to see the blue angels practice at the Naval Air Museum in nearby Pensacola. Awesome trip!

Lovely Property

Last minute Spring Break trip to the beach with my 2 teens who each brought a friend. This property was clean and attractive, in a good location, avg price, good reviews. The decor was perfect and comfortable. The corner location gave us a great wrap around balcony with outdoor furniture that appeared new. Generous towels and paper products. Kitchen was well stocked with new dinnerware and flatware. I'm not a K-cup person. I texted the prop mgr for help with making a cup using my coffee & regular filter & they responded immediately with instructions. Maybe tape some instructions inside the cabinet door above? Three negatives that should not stop you from renting--on the morning we left, a smoke detector was beeping every minute which was very annoying. If they changed the batteries 2x/year as recommended that would not have happened. No one came to replace the battery before we left but it stopped on its own after an hour. They should make 2x/year scheduled replacement their policy. The water pressure in the master bath shower could take your skin off--easily fixed with a showerhead change. The other one had a different showerhead & did not have this problem. It was tolerable for me but if I had a sunburn I'm not sure I could have stood the pain. Parking - 30 for 1 night, 40 for 2, and up. No one could tell me the rate beforehand which was annoying.Overall, this unit made me want to move to the beach. Well, actually, I just want to move to THIS unit on the beach.

Great Stay!

This unit was very nice and the entire building was very well kept. The only suggestions that I have is that the patio furniture be replaced. The chairs and chaise had metal armrests and were all rusted. I had rust stains on my sleeves. Also the cabinet fronts in the 2nd bath need to also be replaced as they were splintered in places. The overall unit was good and the balcony were well worth the stay.
