The Space:
Unit 1701 boasts 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with beach access directly from the building. This spacious (2234 SF) condo is located on the east corner of the 17 floor and offers the most beautiful beach views from the living area and balcony. Pair that with the buildings AMAZING resort amenities and you are in for a vacation that you will never forget.

This stunning beachfront unit has an open living/ dining/ kitchen floorplan for comfortable conversation, reading a good book or watching the large flat screen TV.

Cooks in the family are sure to love the well-equipped chef’s kitchen, complete with stainless appliances, gas range, and huge double-door refrigerator. You will find everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or a quick snack. The large dining table and bar seating provides comfortable seating for 10. You are sure to enjoy the views from this east-corner unit offering breathtaking beach and gulf views.

The master bedroom will spoil you with a king-sized bed and a large en-suite with walk-in tile shower and large whirlpool tub. The second bedroom offers a king bed, and the third bedroom offers 2 queen beds with shared bath. The "bonus" room off the living area has a private tv area with queen sleeper sofa. There is also a sleeper in the living room.

There is a $50.00 parking fee. The parking pass is purchased onsite of the Escapes to the Shores complex upon arrival.

Guest have access to all of the amenities including: designer beachside pool, splash pad, kiddie pool, outdoor fireplace, BBQ area, fitness room, steam room, sauna, indoor pool, hot tub, & smoking area.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
