Experience coastal luxury in this 3-bed, 4-bath gem that can comfortably sleep 8 adults and 3 teens/children. Included is access to an Olympic pool and Private Association Deeded Beach Access just steps away. Inside, a fully-equipped kitchen complements open living and dining areas.
The space
Located in Tannin Village, this home sits within sight of the beach with water views from two of the bedrooms. Feel the salty breeze as you enjoy a morning coffee on either the patio or balcony. The home has a full and well equipped kitchen. Each room features lush beds, smart TVs and full bathroom ensuites.
Living Room
Lounge on the comfortable sofa, stylish mid century modern oversized chairs and enjoy the 60" smart TV BYO passwords.
Dining
The Dining table seats four with four additional seats at the bar and a cozy table for two on the patio.
Kitchen
Extra clean and white cabinets with stainless steel appliances including a toaster, blender, slow cooker and coffee bar complete with Keurig pod machine and drip coffee maker.
Upstairs
Credenza containing many board and card games in case of a rainy day.
Master Bedroom
King bed and ensuite with walk in shower. Large Smart TV and beach view.
Bedroom #2
Queen bed with foldout twin sleeper ottoman. Ensuite has tub/shower combo. Smart TV and beach view
Bedroom #3
Full double bed with pull out twin trundle underneath and fold out twin sleeper ottoman. Ensuite has tub/shower combo. Smart TV and view of neighboring villas and the Hugh S. Branyon park reserve.
Beach Toys
In the outside closet there is a variety of sand toys and a beach wagon to make the stroll across the street to the beach a breeze.
Community Pool
Olympic size pool with wooden deck that is easy on the feet and ample loungers. Sunny and shaded areas make this a great spot to relax and cool down in the pool.
Hugh S. Branyon Trails
Back of neighborhood has a direct access to 28 miles of paved trails for biking, walking or running.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home including the back patio. Note that the pool and pool deck area adjoining with the other 3 homes on the square is restricted to owners only per the HOA. Please use the community pool.

I booked this for coworkers for a work trip. I couldn’t make it because I had Covid. My coworkers only stayed one night and then 9 days after booking I got sent another fee of $500 for “smoking” in the house. I asked the coworkers if anyone smoked inside and they told me no. The one smoker who stayed smoked outside in his vehicle which she saw on camera and I’m sure that’s why we got the charge.

Our stay at was absolutely wonderful! The hosts were extremely nice and went above and beyond to accommodate our family during a very difficult time. We had recently lost my husband's mother, and one of our children had been in the hospital. This trip was much-needed, and the kindness and support from our hosts made it truly special. The accommodations were perfect, and we can't thank them enough for their generosity and warmth. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comforting getaway!

Great place to stay!
Overall, the house was everything we needed. Beach views are a bit of a stretch in the description as you can barely see the beach. Watched fireworks from the beach on the 4th which was amazing. Owners were very prompt with responding and everything went smooth! Thanks for letting us stay!

Vacation 2024
We had such a wonderful time. It was our first time at Orange Beach, the house is in the cutest neighborhood with a short, easy walk to the beach. The golf cart came in handy as well as all the beach supplies. The house was clean, the beds comfy, plenty of towels. The kids enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. The owners were great to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again!

Girls’ trip
Perfect location! Everything about our stay was amazing! The house was clean and the beds were so comfy! We had an issue with the pool code, but the host was quick to respond in helping us with that! The pool that guests are allowed to use was a short walk from the house. We loved walking the brick paved streets and seeing all the other houses and unique architecture on the way to the pool. It was like being in another little world! The access to the park trails was also a plus for our walks! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Oasis!
The home is beautiful and was perfect for my family of 6 adults and 6 kids! Everything was at easy access and walking distance and the kids enjoyed the pool that was never crowded! The managers were easy to contact and so friendly! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Perfect Location & Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful time visiting Orange Beach. The home is conveniently located on the strip. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Beach access is directly across the street and there is a stop light that allows for safe crossing. The house is BEAUTIFUL and very clean. The owners have provided more than enough household and beach supplies to support your stay and it was such a sweet surprise to find face masks in the bathrooms for a fun spa night. The owners were responsive in answering any questions. I’m excited to bring my family back to experience what was the perfect getaway.

Fantastic experience !!
This vacation home greatly exceeded our expectations!! The beach was literally across the street. We really enjoyed the nearby community pool. lots of room to relax. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. Looking forward to our next visit to Seajoy.
